Health AI Institute & UMN Data Science Initiative Announce the AI Spring Summit (Health AI Summit & DSI Spring Research Workshop 2025) at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs

A Premier Gathering of Leaders in Healthcare, Technology, and Policy to Shape the Future of AI in Healthcare – June 10-12, 2025

The Health AI Institute (HAI), in collaboration with the Data Science Initiative (DSI) at the University of Minnesota, is excited to present the inaugural Summit on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from June 10–12, 2025, at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota.

Why This Summit?

The healthcare and life sciences ecosystem is at a pivotal moment. The grand challenge for industry leaders is not just adopting AI but strategically positioning their organizations to better serve patients, optimize operations, and shape the future of healthcare in the Age of AI.

Every day, new AI-driven tools and solutions emerge, introduced by both established players and new innovators. However, the speed of change and the full impact of AI on business processes, workforce readiness, and policy development remain uncertain. Healthcare leaders must anticipate these shifts, understand the risks, and leverage AI responsibly to enhance decision-making and patient outcomes.

The Health AI Summit 2025 will serve as a nonpartisan, interdisciplinary platform where key stakeholders can engage in meaningful discussions, explore real-world applications, tackle pressing challenges, and collaborate on AI-driven solutions that will define the next era of healthcare.
